LEGO® Education SPIKE™ gets students excited about hands-on STEAM learning. Using story driven online components LEGO® Education SPIKE™ utilises an easy to follow assembly guide for a wide range of national curriculum aligned, STEAM, activities. All linked back to a scratch-based coding platform.

Part of the LEGO Learning System, SPIKE Essential offers 5 units of 8 x 45-minute, standards-aligned STEAM lessons. You can view the lesson plans (which include the key objectives, resources and educational standards) for free here: https://education.lego.com/en-gb/lessons. Select SPIKE™ Essential under Products to access the range of Primary School targeted activities, which can then be filtered further by age range (KS1 / KS2).

Beebug have a demo kit available and can arrange larger scale on site demos for larger opportunities.

SPIKE™ Prime is geared towards KS3 with more advanced options allowing for more complicated activities. Featuring an advanced programmable Hub. This advanced yet simple-to-use, brick-shaped device features 6 input/output ports, 5×5 light matrix, Bluetooth connectivity, a speaker, 6-axis gyro and a rechargeable battery.
